Upon arrival, the driver will use the touch screen to receive a ticket receipt. Please have them bring the receipt with them.
If they are staying overnight at the hotel, follow these steps:
-Bring the ticket receipt to the Front Desk upon check-in. The Front Desk will collect and give the guest a pass with a barcode on it to place inside their car. The Agent will charge for parking to the room at our discounted rate of $16 inclusive per night. They can use this pass to get in and out of the parking lot by scanning its barcode at the entrance/exit.
If the guest is only coming to the event, follow these steps:
-Bring the ticket receipt inside with them. There will be 3 kiosks located near the restrooms in the convention center. The guest will scan the ticket receipt from one of the kiosks. The ticket will now be validated to the contracted parking rate of $16 inclusive for the day. The guest can either pay through QR code or when exiting. Please know that there are no in/out privileges for this option.
